Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We currently ship pan-India only. Orders above ₹1,199 qualify for free shipping. For orders below ₹1,199, shipping charges apply and will be shown at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–8 business days from the time your order is placed.

Packaging

Each piece is wrapped individually and shipped in protective packaging to keep it safe in transit.

Returns

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and pre-paid, it cannot be cancelled. We will not accommodate any requests for order cancellations after placement.

We do not accept returns due to sanitation issues.

To keep your piece looking its best for longer, wipe it gently with a clean, soft cloth after each use to remove dirt and residue, and keep it away from water and other chemicals such as perfume or lotion.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. To process a damage or defect claim, we require an unboxing video recorded continuously from before the parcel is opened, with no cuts or edits, submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchanges

We do not allow exchanges due to sanitary issues.
